Mega Food Well Rested for the Holidays Review & Game Night!

Had such a blast hosting a game night & a well rested for the Holiday’s Mega event. Mega hooked me up with some sleep supplements for the whole squad and I was happy to share them with everyone! I have been trying the Mega sleep aid supplement for about a week and have noticed more restorative sleep as much as possible with a 4 year old who still likes to come in the room and visit us in the night. 😉 I like the nutritional content that these provide as I feel like I am doing something great for my body while it sleeps.
