Truly Grass Fed Review!

Last week Gary & I hosted a game night with some friends and family. It was such a blast! Truly makes grass fed cheese and it is SUPER tasty. If you live in the local Wisconsin area they have it at the Festival Foods locations in Eau Claire. This cheese has a very nice flavor profile. I got some of the sharp cheddar as well as the original and both are supreme! They sent us these adorable tote bags and the cutest little basil plants for us to grow our own basil!

If you are looking for a cheddar that is great for snacking, but also great for cooking look no further than this brand! I loved eating it by itself but also made a sausage and peppers dish on a baking sheet in the oven and then when I heated it up added some of this cheese and it gave it a really great flavor!
